We have two strikes ongoing in our area.

OPSEU and CUPW.

Our fellow members are on strike, not out of choice, but out of necessity. They are standing firm for fair treatment, livable wages, safe conditions, and the respect every worker deserves. Their strength honors the legacy of those who fought before them—and it calls us to action.

We ask all members to show their support—not just in words, but in presence and action. Whether by walking the picket line, offering resources, or simply showing solidarity in your daily lives, your support matters. It is felt. It makes a difference.
